When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and information about your business idea through our intake process. We also collect usage data to improve the service.

How We Use Your Data

Your intake data and business information are used to power AI-generated strategy and deliverables. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Your business ideas remain yours.

AI Processing

LaunchEase uses Anthropic's Claude AI to generate strategy and deliverables based on your intake responses. Your data is sent to Anthropic's API for processing. Anthropic does not use your data to train their models.

Data Security

We use industry-standard encryption (TLS/SSL) for data in transit and secure storage for data at rest. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and secure — your session, CSRF protection, an optional "remember me" if you choose it, and your cookie-banner choice. We run no analytics or advertising trackers. Stripe sets its own cookies at checkout if you subscribe. See our Cookie Policy for the full detail and your choices.
